The Project Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of assigned contracts for adherence to contract requirements and company policies and procedures in the successful performance of assigned accounting units (AUs). Responsible for the fiscal performance of the AU(s) to promote maximum efficiency. This position will be responsible for contract operations generating at least $5 million in revenue.

Role Requirements

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in custodial or related services.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge / experience of work described in contract operations.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s).
• Ability to manage multiple contract sites with varying services.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under corporate policy.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
