In this role, you will support the Contractual Manager by helping to oversee daily operations, monitor performance, address safety concerns, and assist in resolving workplace issues.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all home-to-school routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

Communicate with drivers to address operational or performance concerns

Investigate and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner

Monitor and help achieve on-time performance goals

Conduct Injury Prevention (IP) contacts to identify and correct safety issues

Assist in reviewing and resolving union grievances

Oversee dispatch operations to ensure adequate coverage of routes and assignments

Review and correct athletic trip invoices in accordance with company guidelines

Required Experience and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in transportation

2-3 years of supervisory experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and mechanical processes

Strong organizational and time management skills

Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends

Reliable personal vehicle for travel within the service area
