About the Role

The Company is excited to invite applications for the role of Vice President of Third-Party Risk Oversight. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the execution of our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, concentrating specifically on high-risk third-party relationships. We are looking for a proactive leader to ensure strict compliance with TPRM policies and to meet various regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary TPRM support partner for diverse stakeholders, including subject matter experts, business unit risk managers, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in third-party management within the financial services sector. A broad understanding of the industry, particularly in capital markets, asset management, broker-dealer operations, finance, treasury, and risk management, is essential. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills will be critical as you collaborate with a range of stakeholders.

A commitment to safeguarding the organization from risk exposure is paramount, alongside familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Archer, Ariba, and Teams.
