Job Description

Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Supervise and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address any concerns or changes. Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards on-site. Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project progress and any issues encountered. Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management. Conduct inspections to ensure all construction work aligns with project specifications and local codes. Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and professionally.
