Job description$250,000 - $270,000 / year Excellent comprehensive benefits package (health, life, vision & dental) Retirement Plan HPSA Score Recently Updated : Our score went from 11 to 15. This mean's that Providers who commit to working for us for 2 years will be awarded $50,000 of loan repayment. Director in our behavioral health department, overseeing our Psych NPs It is 16 supervisory hours and 24 clinical / patient facing hours. 1 VP of Behavioral Health. 2 Assistant Directors. 4 Psych NPs. 2 Psychiatrists. 2 Psychologists. The rest of the 36 person team is made up of Psychotherapists (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, and Masters level Unlicensed) and Bachelors Level Social Workers. all outpatient , seeing all ages There is no call for this role. The hours are M-F, standard business (ideally starting between 8am-8 : 30am and ending around 5pm). 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in our Worcester MA clinic Psychiatrist / MD
