Overview
The primary function of this role is to develop strategic media plans and execute highly targeted media buys that promote Disney’s Corporate Brand Responsibility and Franchise teams. The candidate will provide plan stewardship by interacting with media leadership and the cross functional marketing and Brand teams. This position will liaise with the Media agency to ensure plan objectives are met, buy reporting reviews are conducted, and optimizations for continuous improvements are in place. The Manager must be flexible, willing to take on challenges and increased responsibility, and able to improve workflows and efficiency. A deep understanding of data, audience segmentation and highly targeted media vehicles is required.

Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $89,000 - $115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
