Job Responsibilities :

• Evaluate patients' conditions, symptoms, and functional limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore and enhance mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
