Position Summary :

We are seeking an HVAC Certified Ticket Runner to join our maintenance team. The Ticket Runner will be responsible for responding to service requests, completing assigned work orders in a timely manner, and ensuring all HVAC-related tasks are handled with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires excellent time management, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets assigned through the property management system.

Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues as needed.

Document all completed work orders and report updates to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.

Provide courteous and professional customer service to tenants and staff.

Assist with preventative maintenance schedules and seasonal property upkeep.

Qualifications :

Valid HVAC Certification (EPA Universal preferred) required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance or HVAC-related experience (property management experience a plus).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tickets daily.

Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.

Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.
