Job Description :

Lead, develop, and enforce the company's Quality Management System (QMS) across departments.

Manage teams of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to ensure compliance and product excellence.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process improvements.

Oversee internal and external audits to maintain AS9100 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Review supplier quality, materials, and documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with leadership to define and track quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement strategies.

Generate and present reports and data analyses on quality performance and trends.

Manage QMS documentation, training, and approvals to ensure system integrity and compliance.
