RN (Registered Nurse) - Correction Center- Mansfield, OH

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced RN (General). SIGN ON BONUS : $200 Come Join Our Team!

  • Shift : 1 : 45 pm- 9 : 45 pm

will work the weekend every third week. One week - Mon-Fri / 2nd week Mon-Fri and 3rd week will work Sat / Sun, but either have Thu / mon off or Fri / Tues off

    • Requirements

    Requirements of the RN - Registered Nurse :

  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
  • OH License
  • CPR

    • Responsibilities of the RN - Registered Nurse :

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
  • Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
