• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience.\n
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.\n
• Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.\n\nRequirements\n
• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).\n
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <100 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n

A minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience.\n\nShift & Scheduling : Monday to Sunday.\n\nFloating Requirements : Float specific need that will be based out of Joy Drive but will support all units within a 40-minute radius of the home unit, i.e., UVMMC Acute, Berlin, Joy Drive.\n\nDetails\n
