KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Engineer, UX / UI to join our Tax Ignition group. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Champion User Experience Design and User Interface Design for designated projects, ensuring a seamless user journey
• Advocate for User Experience / User Interface design, effectively communicating the vision to project teams
• Lead stakeholder / user interviews to delve into business issues and requirements, facilitating whiteboarding sessions to stimulate creative brainstorming
• Execute user interviews, craft personas, journey maps, site maps and information architecture diagrams to provide a comprehensive understanding of user behavior
• Develop user flows, task analysis matrices, wireframes, high-resolution mockups, and prototypes to vividly illustrate product vision
• Manage design feedback sessions and user testing to ensure the product meets user expectations and needs
• Strictly adhere to Tax Design System standards, applying them appropriately to mockups for consistency and coherence while seeking to integrate AI into the UX / UI workflow
