Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of home health experience for a 13-week day shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Home health setting serving a diverse patient population
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 8 : 00 to 16 : 30
  • Floating may be requested based on facility needs
  • Locals are accepted at the same rate
  • Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month separation before being hired as a traveler
  • Limited RTO; no full calendar week off and maximum of 7 total days
  • Any approved RTO must be confirmed in documentation
  • Candidates must choose either a travel or per diem contract and cannot hold both simultaneously
  • All interviews conducted directly by managers

  • Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
  • Minimum 2 years of recent home health experience
  • Specialty experience within the last year is required
  • EPIC charting experience required
  • Proof of VA license or valid compact license in hand at time of consideration
  • Supervisory reference required for consideration
  • Copy of driver's license and SSN required
  • Two professional references needed
