Job description
A company is looking for a Vice President of Virtual Sales to lead its strategy for timeshare and rental revenue growth through digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the virtual sales division across timeshare and rental channels
Develop and execute strategies to optimize virtual tours, telesales, and online booking conversion
Oversee digital lead management, sales funnel optimization, and CRM analytics to enhance conversion and retention
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in timeshare, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer sales
Deep knowledge of virtual or telesales structures for vacation ownership or travel-related products
Ability to translate data and market trends into actionable sales strategies
Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual sales presentation tools
Strong leadership presence focused on accountability and cross-functional collaboration
