Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing and executing advertising programs and monetization strategies for T-Ads and its clients. The Advertising Operations Manager is a skilled practitioner in monetization techniques and their application via execution and enablement platforms within the T-Ads advertising stack. As part of the Media Monetization Strategy & Success organization, they work collaboratively across the organization to achieve the best outcomes through execution excellence. For this specific position, they will support both external retail partners and their brands as clients of the 3P RMN Network. The applicant will be responsible for overall network health and performance, as well as the success of individual advertising campaigns running on the network.
Job Responsibilities
Build and execute monetization strategies utilizing first‑party and third‑party platforms to maximize yield and achieve client outcomes.
Serve as a skilled practitioner on advertising and monetization products across the T‑Ads portfolio.
Identify product gaps and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting, and escalating opportunities to internal and external partners.
Apply best practices for monetization products to consistently meet business and client goals.
Support internal stakeholders and client‑facing teams by communicating performance insights and improvement opportunities.
Diagnose and resolve monetization issues, discrepancies, and technical challenges to minimize disruption and maintain client satisfaction.
Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge, product expertise, and best practices; share insights with the T‑Ads organization.
Support the execution of campaigns on emerging media channels and new media products.
Translate client needs and KPI goals into actionable campaign executions and provide performance insights.
Identify new monetization opportunities and operational efficiencies to enhance the 3P Retailer Network.
Monitor and maximize inventory utilization for 3P Retailer Networks.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a STEM field (Required).
2–4 years of Ad Operations experience in a publisher or advertising agency (Required).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strategic thinking : Analyze results and provide strategic plans to drive business growth (Required).
Advertising industry knowledge : Understanding of industry trends and future projections (Required).
Licenses and Certifications
Relevant certification in DMP, SSP, DSPs, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk programmatic ads, etc. (Required).
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation
Base Pay Range : $66,400 – $119,800
Corporate Bonus Target : 10%
