Director of Nursing ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)

Terraces at Los Altos, a distinguished HumanGood life plan community, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for its Health Center team. Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the community's residents; ensures anefficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care."

• $135K-$160K (DOE) plus performance-based incentives
• $5,000 sign-on bonus!
