Duties :

• Providing haircutting & hairstyling services to clients Providing hair coloring services to clients Providing support to designers during hair collections & shows Assisting in Marketing efforts to grow the client base by contributing to the salon’s social media content and industry-related events Following performance metrics to achieve growth milestones Applicant Requirement Applicants must submit a resume & cover letter Applicants must provide references Applicant must submit a portfolio of their work Applicants must have a valid NYC Cosmetology License  Applicant should have strong color experience Previous experience as a Stylist is required Applicant must have completed the Barbecide Certification Applicants must display our 4 pillars : Community : dedicate hours to community services, Education : must take at least 20 hrs of continued education, Integrity : doing things with passion, Inclusivity : comfortable with working on diverse textures of hair   Guaranteed $18-20 / hour ramping up to commission, depending on experience.
