Sequoia Home Health is growing and looking for experienced, compassionate Weekend Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Weekend Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for following the patient's plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
• Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s).
• Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team.
• Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in personal and professional growth and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

PAY RANGE : $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
