Director of Demand Generation & ABM Compensation : $140,000-$160,000 per year depending on experience
We are a global, remote-first company. For this role, we are open to US-based candidates in the following states : AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI, with preference to US Eastern time zone residency.

Role Overview : We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who can design and execute demand generation strategies that directly drive pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll fill a critical gap in our lean, high-performing team by owning digital marketing, ABM, and demand generation programs that amplify Exactera's AI-focused positioning and deliver measurable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment a builder who is both strategic and scrappy, able to develop the playbook, execute campaigns, and optimize along the way.
