Long Term Care / Rehab LPN

$32 / hr

Full time schedule, guaranteed hours

13 week contracts with extensions offered

Weekly pay and benefits offered

Minimum Requirements :

Current LPN License for the state in which thenurse practices

Current CPR if applicable

TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
