Family Law Attorney

A well-established law firm in Framingham specializing in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence, is currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake to resolution, including divorce, custody, visitation, child / spousal support, property division, and restraining orders
• Draft legal documents such as declarations, discovery, settlement agreements, and motions
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client's needs
• Represent clients in virtual hearings, mediations, and depositions

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $155,000 – $185,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
