General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer to join our team. This role involves working in the manufacturing and construction industry, focusing on the finishing and detailing of fabricated precast concrete products.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Maintain the facility and conduct housekeeping tasks.
• Handle other responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily outdoors, requiring comfort with working in various weather conditions, including rain, cold, and heat. The shift is from 7 am to 3 : 30 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
