Warm leads dally. W-2 Base + Commission, in-person.
Must live within 30-45 minutes of High Point, NC.

What You'll Do
- Call and qualify warm inbound leads, schedule appointments, and run in-person property visits
- Evaluate homes, take photos, gather insights, and present offers (phone or in-person)
- Negotiate and structure win-win deals-no hard sell
- Track activity and pipeline in the CRM; manage relationships through closing
- Partner closely with owners; learn a proven acquisitions process
