Your New Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer based in Carrollton, TX , you’ll take charge of system replacements and new installs while leading a top-notch install crew. Your responsibilities include :

Managing complete residential HVAC installation projects

Supervising and mentoring junior techs

Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients

Maintaining high-quality control and safety standards

Accurately documenting each install and the materials used

EPA Refrigerant Certification (minimum)

2–4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

Active driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must live within 10-15 miles of Carrollton, TX

Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly

Willingness to submit to a background check and drug test

Authorized to work in the U.S.
