Job descriptionBase salary of $260k year 1, year 2 salary of $300000.00 $25k for sign-on / relocation Health insurance, life insurance, and vision packages. 401(k) with employer match of 4% Outpatient Medicine Each provider has own scribe and all admin work is handled for you...you just see patients! 4 patients per hour is the goal but usually around 3 per hour Mostly adult practice, but they do see some kids for routine checkups. No complicated pediatrics. MD or DO degree required BC / BE Family Medicine Licensed in TX or in process Must speak Spanish and be a new grad H1B Visa can be supported El Paso is located in the far western corner of Texas and is known for its rich cultural blend, diverse economy with strong sectors in manufacturing, trade, and services, and being home to Fort Bliss, one of the largest US Army military installations. It boasts several educational institutions including the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) and has a number of historic sites and museums around town. El Paso is often noted for its safety compared to other major cities in Texas and its has a strong sense of community with friendly residents. The climate is typically hot and dry, with long, hot summers and mild winters.
