POSITION OVERVIEW

SEO is seeking a purpose-driven, multimedia-savvy Content Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. This highly collaborative role blends creative design, storytelling, and strategic content management to advance our mission, amplify community voices, and engage key stakeholders-including participants, partners, and supporters.

As part of SEO's shared services team, the Content Manager will conceptualize and produce engaging visual and digital assets across platforms. This role will manage the lifecycle of content campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables align with our brand, reflect our values, and inspire action.

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop and deliver dynamic digital content including graphics, videos, audio, social media assets, and web applications.
• Produce branded content that is mission-aligned, engaging, and optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Ideate and execute content for campaigns across platforms : website, email, social media, and paid media.
• Manage all stages of content development, ensuring consistent tone, style, and visual identity.
