RESPONSIBILITIES :
Referral & Business Development
- Identify and build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, case managers, and discharge planners.
- Maintain a consistent 5-day per week outreach schedule to generate qualified leads.
- Represent the company at health fairs, community events, and networking meetings.
- Track and report outreach activity, lead source development, and ROI.
- Follow up and call leads, including on weekends.
Client Engagement & Consultations
Meet with prospective clients and their families to explain services, assess needs, and convert leads into clients.Provide knowledgeable guidance on home care, assisted living placement, and funding options like LTC insurance and VA benefits.Support intake and onboarding of new clients, working closely with care coordination and scheduling teams.Marketing Execution
Assist with local marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, physician office visits, and community newsletters.Distribute and maintain marketing materials at key partner locations.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust outreach efforts as needed.QUALIFICATIONS :
Homecare industry experience required.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field(preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.Familiarity with the Philadelphia / Delaware County healthcare landscape is a strong plus.Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Suite.Experience with HHAeXchange and AxisCare software or similar systems is a plus.Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and payroll software like ADP or iSolved is a plus.Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to work full time on site, 5 days a week in the office, with regular travel in the Philadelphia and Delaware County areas.Able to answer leads / referrals as they come in on weekends.Note : Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
