Job Purpose

As an Embedded Software Engineer Team Lead , you will oversee and contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of software for embedded systems from concept through production stage as assigned to the team while adhering to safety, quality, and performance standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• May perform the functions and responsibilities of an engineer, including : research, write, develop, test, and evaluate embedded software programs.
• Provide technical support to internal teams.
• Develop, formulate, and direct engineering processes and procedures.
• Coordinate the development of key engineering deliverables.
• Promote and maintain the highest possible environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Provide assistance and direction on engineering issues, and keep appropriate staff informed of issues or concerns.
• Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of engineering design, methods, and applications.
• Assure staffing requirements are met.
• Encourage employee growth and development.
• Demonstrates support for company culture in their daily actions and encourages their teams to do the same.
• Administer employee performance reviews, goal setting, and participate in salary planning.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and / or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system.
• Passion for understanding and delivering value to our customers.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $105,750 - $141,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
