Job Title : Harness Assembler.
Location : Waterford, MI.
Shifts : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM (1st shift).
Pay : $16 an hour- $17 an hour based on experience.
Job Description :
We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Harness Assemblers. This role involves the hands-on assembly of wire harnesses used in automotive and industrial applications. Responsibilities include inserting circuits into connectors, taping wires, bundling cables, and performing quality checks to ensure proper assembly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Insert electrical circuits into connectors accurately.
- Tape and bundle wires to meet specific layout instructions.
- Follow diagrams, instructions, or blueprints to assemble wire harnesses.
- Conduct basic quality inspections to verify completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to safety and production standards at all times.
