Plumbing Estimator

We're looking for a Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing project plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to deliver competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to prepare detailed plumbing estimates.
• Complete material, labor, and equipment take-offs.
• Gather and evaluate subcontractor / vendor quotes.
• Develop bid proposals and budgets.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed.
• Support the project team with scope reviews once projects are awarded.
