• Position Overview :

Advanced Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our growing team. The clinician will provide individual, family, and group therapy and contribute to a collaborative and innovative treatment approach. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment where therapists can make a meaningful impact while receiving ongoing professional support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 20 client hours per week.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications :

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience providing individual, group, and / or family therapy in an outpatient or intensive treatment setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive salary ($65,000 - $85,000, based on experience and licensure).
