Senior Manager of Decision Science

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Decision Science.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team of analysts to convert data into actionable insights using scientific and quantitative methods

Manage the identification and enrichment of data for designing measures and metrics for AI / ML and business intelligence projects

Support the strategy and execution of enterprise data requirements to enhance analytics across the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent relevant experience may be considered

Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and experience with AI / ML model preparation and interpretation

Experience deploying self-service BI solutions using modern tools like Tableau or Power BI

Advanced skills in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis and visualization

Experience in coaching and developing team members with authority in personnel decisions
