Job Description
Community Family Support Services is seeking a Mental Health Assessors to be the first point of contact for Community Family Support Services clients. Assessors work on an as needed basis providing assessments for clients during hours that are set by you! The Mental Health Assessor will complete psychosocial history, mental health assessments to obtain a mental health diagnosis, treatment plans and all-important paperwork within 48 hours. Qualified candidates will have an LSW, LPC, or MFT, however, an independent license is preferred!
