• Type of Role :
• Seeking additional team members : Orthopedic General, Trauma and / or Spine surgeon to the team
• Opportunity created due to upcoming retirement and expansion.
• Practice Highlights :
• Part of a team with 5 established Orthopedic Specialists.
• Supportive recruitment environment with collegial peers.
• Modern facilities attached to a hospital for seamless patient care.
• Practice Potential :
• Increasing patient volume with 3,100 office visits / day in 1st year, 4,300+ in subsequent years.
• Growing procedural demand : 400 in 1st year, 500+ thereafter.
• Facilities & Resources :
• Full-time clinic operating Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Autonomy in schedule.
• In-house ancillary services including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI.
• Total staff : 40 FTEs with a supportive mix of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Compensation & Financials :
• Employed position w / base salary determined by experience.
• Incentives based on wRVU production.
• Comprehensive billing and collection system in place.
• 90th% earning potential
• Benefits :
• Relocation Allowance : $12,000.
• Signing Bonus : BOE

• CME Allowance : $3,000 + $1,500 for professional expenses.
