Duration : Contract through Aug 24, 2026 (12 months)

Compensation Range : $25.00-$30.00 / hr W2

Job Description :

s a Packaging Engineer, you will leverage both technical and soft skills to support a packaging category or brand. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and operations to ensure packaging solutions meet design, quality, and launch requirements. This role includes hands-on prototype assembly, tooling development participation, troubleshooting, and packaging specification work.

Responsibilities :

ssemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing.
Participate in new tooling development and launch management.
Support adherence to project timelines, key dates, and vendor deliverables.
Elevate risks or blockers to meet launch deadlines.
Learn and use packaging systems for specifications & testing.
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.

Must Haves :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.

1-3 years of packaging engineering & development experience (preferably cosmetics, Client, or related).

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Understanding of packaging production processes.

Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves :
