Job Title : RN Critical Care / ICU-CCU

Description :
Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
Provides high-quality care to adult cardiac / telemetry, stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring patient populations.
Estimated work week of 36 hours with the possibility of additional hours.
Traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance.
A Basic Dysrhythmia test will be given during the first week of the assignment.
Passing this test is required to work on the ICU-CCU units.
Unit utilizes Cerner EMR.
Expectations to float to other units may apply.
Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1 : 3-4.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
