Role Overview : We’re hiring a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to own execution across email, SMS, push, and in‑app channels. You’ll be the hands‑on driver of Doctronic’s lifecycle efforts, directly building campaigns in Braze, analyzing results, and iterating fast. This is a player role with leadership upside; over time, this role could evolve into people leadership as the team grows.

• Directly manage end‑to‑end lifecycle execution in Braze (campaigns, flows, testing, reporting).
• Build and optimize patient journeys : onboarding, activation, retention, and win‑back.
• Run A / B and multivariate tests across subject lines, creative, cadence, and channels.
• Monitor lifecycle KPIs and generate insights to share with leadership.
• Ensure full HIPAA / TCPA compliance in all lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and design to create aligned, patient‑first messaging.
• 4–6 years in lifecycle / CRM / retention marketing.
• Must‑have : hands‑on Braze experience (daily operator‑level expertise).
• Strong track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable lift.
• Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented : able to dive into data and optimize accordingly.
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.

Compensation Range : $110,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year
