What Will I be Doing?
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing various activities of the Receivables Servicing team, which includes HOA Accounts Receivable and Mortgage Loans Receivable. This position understands the details of operational tasks and utilizes available technology to automate and streamline activities. Due to operational needs and requirements, the position may focus on specific areas of the business and manage particular functions in support of the receivables portfolio.
Responsibilities
Additional Responsibilities include :
Review, delegate, and approve work performed by Servicing staff at all levels.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for operational activities, including posting payments, collections, and cancellations due to foreclosures and bankruptcies.Create a cash reconciliation team and manage the timely preparation of cash reconciliations and the prompt resolution of reconciling items.Design and direct implementation of validation and internal control activities surrounding receivables portfolio, including internal audit, SOX and SOC.Complete all required audit requests including review of loan servicing controls and preparation of sample sets and cash reconciliation support.Work effectively with HGV team members across departments to effect changes and complete special projects required as part of company-wide goals and objectives.Complete staff performance reviews.Facilitate collection agency & attorney placement of delinquent accounts in first and third-party environments.Manage company's federal / state tax / informational reporting and filing requirements (forms 1098, 1099-A, etc.)Ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, and state laws / regulations pertaining to receivables servicing.Create and / or update SOPs to ensure accuracy per established policy.Manage preparation of ad hoc analytical reports requested by management and complete due diligence and / or audit requests as needed.Manage customer and client relationships.Develop an acute understanding of the utilization of available technology and document process flows.Review, adjust, and approve team member timecards and attendance.Assist team members with onboarding and ongoing maintenance of all applicable work-related resources.Participate in operational financial statement review and contribute to operational forecast and budget preparation.Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and leadership.Carry out any reasonable request by management.Embody the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now,Complete all required Company training / compliance courses as assigned.Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree5-7 years or related experience3+ plus years of management experienceHighly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.Extensive experience completing bank or cash reconciliations, with Accounting and or loan servicing / receivables experience.Experience automating and standardizing operational processes.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentExperience working in a mortgage / loan servicing application, such as Servicing Director, NLS, or otherWillingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends and holidaysMaster's Degree7+ plus years of related experience4+ plus years of management experienceIn addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred :
