Primary Care Physician - CareMore Health

We deliver care in-clinic, virtually, and in patients homesensuring timely access to the right care for every individual.
Role & Practice Highlights
Outpatient primary care with a flexible Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm schedule or four 10-hour day
Manage a balanced patient volume of 14-16 patients per day
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians (MD / DO, BC / BE) welcome
Utilize Athena EMR in a streamlined, value-based care model
Work alongside collaborative care teams including nurse practitioners, social workers, case managers, and community health workers
Focus on whole-person care that goes beyond treating conditions to enhancing overall wellness and prevention
Qualifications
MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active or eligible for an Arizona medical license
Passion for patient-centered, team-based care within a value-based care model
- H1B visa accepted for Apple Valley location only
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with potential to earn up to $350,000+ annually
Generous $20,000 sign-on bonus plus 22.5% performance-based annual incentive plan (AIP) bonus
