The Area Sr. Certified Trainer plays a pivotal role in driving training excellence and innovation across the organization. Specializing in advanced training and development, this role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting trainers in the field to ensure the highest standards of training delivery and effectiveness. Their role encompasses training, certification, and evaluation of trainers at all tiers.

Responsibilities of an Area Senior Certified Trainer :

Minimum Experience or Skills Required

In the state of Washington, all technician and driving positions, including but not limited to van drivers and any other position requiring employees to drive a company-owned vehicle, are considered safety-sensitive and are therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.
