JOB SUMMARY : Sales Representative for Dental Lab. Call, email, and face to face with new potential customers as well as a 6 month face to face follow up with current customers. Provide Customer support and problem solving through email and telephone communications. Supervise inmates to ensure your assigned area is efficient. Work with Industry and Production managers in maintaining and improving dental processes that will positively impact the production team. Dental Sales experience is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Other duties may be assigned.

• Coordinate all functions between customers and the dental laboratory, i.e., Quality, special instructions, turnaround time performances and information the customer preferences.
• Help with communication program for workers to implement in conforming to customer’s request.
• Develop a format / report for transferring information from dental meetings, conferences, and road sales trips to the dental laboratory manager.
• Performs a monthly report that indicates total sales of customers less shipping charges for commissions and present to PRIDE dental laboratory manager.
• Performs monthly review of CMB and utilizes it to help communication with customers on amount of sales from month to month.
• Develop annual schedule for sales trips, conferences, and dental meetings and present to dental laboratory manager.
• Maintain all training required by PRIDE company policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver promotional, sales materials, brochures, pamphlets, show & tell models, and dental appliances to reflect quality of work done by PRIDE dental laboratory to be used at dental meetings, conferences, and road sales trips.
• Maintain knowledge of CAD / CAM, digital and technologies pertaining to dental laboratory industry.
• Adhere to all safety rules when driving.
• Inspect vehicle daily.
• Performs any other duties or projects as determined by Industry Manager and Production Manager.
