Product Security Quality Engineer

Overview

Join Emerson's team as a Product Security Quality Engineer and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and compliance. This role is based in either Boulder, CO, or Shakopee, MN, and supports efficient and consistent internal processes across development teams in multiple locations. The role requires adaptability, proactivity, and collaboration, with a focus on driving corrective actions and verifying their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and international standards and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of corrective actions arising from product security audits.
• Contribute to implementing Secure Development Lifecycle efforts across multiple groups.
• Build, coordinate, and participate in multi-functional and business unit communities to promote the adoption of product security standard methodologies.
• Identify training, development needs, and continuous improvement opportunities across organizational functions related to product security.

Compensation : a competitive base salary, with location-based pay and annual merit reviews. The salary range for this role is $90,000-120,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
