Job descriptionCollaborate with the Senior AI Consultant and business partners to identify and explore AI opportunities Facilitate the design and testing of proof of concept projects to ensure alignment with business objectives Support the translation of proof of concepts into scaled implementations using change management best practices Assist in creating and managing portfolios of AI opportunities, including reporting and prioritization Contribute to various duties as assigned, ensuring smooth project execution and deployment Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy Minimum of 3 years of experience in orchestrating and leading change management plans Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale Master's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field Certification as a Change Management Practitioner Experience in writing technical documentation and reports Strong presentation skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders
