Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
Experience with HRIS (HiBob preferred) and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse)
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and a proactive attitude
