Working closely with operations and cross-functional teams, the team drives business reviews and leads forward-looking strategies. What You'll Do

  • Develop actionable insights - data ->

foresight applying a structured approach to solving business problems, identifying geographic opportunities, assessing upside potential and taking actions to achieve it

  • Advise leadership supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
  • Enable strategic initiatives offering thought leadership and support for cross-functional initiatives facilitating collaboration and alignment to accelerate growth
  • Strengthen the strategy equipping yourself with business knowledge and industry insights, then translating them both to build a better strategy
  • Forecasting, planning and analytics supporting the financial forecasting & planning and strategic process to chart the path to profitable growth
  • Seek opportunities proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of team services and experiences

    • What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, analytics, planning, business management, or related areas.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.

    • Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area. 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects. 1 year's supervisory experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization Masters : Business Administration
