Key Responsibilities :

As part of our integrated care model, Physical Therapists collaborate closely with clinical caregivers to help residents and patients achieve full recovery and return to the activities they cherish.

What We Require :

• Graduation from an accredited program of physical therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state where you will be providing services.
