Job descriptionOutpatient clinic sessions, to deliver care for spasticity patients including Botox treatment, spinal cord injury management, general MSK PM&R, EMG studies Anticipated Procedures / Surgeries per Week : TBD depending on clinical expertise Breakdown of Shifts : Four full-day clinic sessions per week, one weekend call per month Shift Hours : 8am to 5pm four days per week; 24 hour call coverage one weekend per month On call : Yes; one weekend per month Procedures Required : Botox for spasticity management Procedures Preferred : Electrodiagnostic, Joint injections Patient Load : Full Clinic Schedule. Coverage on call for up to 20 patients on inpatient rehab Board Status Requirement (BC / BE) : Board Certified in PM&R (American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) Certifications Required : BLS Support Staff Structure : No supervision required; RN and MA support for clinic-based activities Will this provider practice independently : Yes Are there mid-levels : No EMR System : Epic Expectations for provider culture : Collaborative, team-oriented Weekly Direct Deposit Top Rated Malpractice Insurance In-House Travel Agency 24 / 7 Recruiter Availability Experienced In-House Privileging Coordinators
