Compensation & benefits

Pay : $0.60–$0.65 CPM (based on experience)

Weekly earnings : Approximately $1,510–$1,730

Additional pay & programs : Driver referral program with unlimited earning potential

No-touch freight / Drop & Hook : 100% no-touch dry van freight

Dedicated account : Semi-local dedicated routes

Home time : Home most nights; occasional layovers may be required

Equipment : Late-model tractors (company-provided)

Primary responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Execute timely pickups and deliveries on assigned dedicated routes, ensuring freight integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customer contacts regarding routing, schedules, and incidents.
• Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with incident investigations.

Minimum qualifications

License : Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)

Experience : Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Location : Position based in West Jefferson, OH; candidate must reside within 60 miles of the location

Eligibility : Meet DOT medical requirements and be able to pass required pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings

Language : Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and effective communication with dispatch and customers

Age : Must meet minimum age requirements for interstate operation where applicable
