Principal Program Manager

Oracle's Global Sustainability Office is seeking a Principal Program Manager to support the advancement of Oracle's sustainability strategy through business enablement, internal engagement, and external communications. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments and can translate complex environmental topics into actionable insights for diverse audiences. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing internal training programs, supporting sales and customer-facing teams, and contributing to sustainability reporting. This position blends strategic program management with communications expertise to drive awareness, adoption, and impact across Oracle's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal sustainability training programs and resources tailored to different lines of business.
• Support sales and customer-facing teams with sustainability-related materials, FAQs, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sustainability messaging with Oracle's offerings.
• Design and execute employee engagement campaigns to build awareness of Oracle's sustainability goals and initiatives.
• Support cross-functional sustainability initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Support or manage cross-company engagement and training programs to build awareness and drive adoption of sustainability best practices.
• Interface as needed with customers and partners on key environmental topics, ensuring Oracle's programs meet or anticipate stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to the development of Oracle's voluntary sustainability reports and disclosures.
• Interface with customers and partners on sustainability topics, helping Oracle meet stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze sustainability-related data to identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and define relevant targets.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
