A company is looking for a PMO Analyst to support internal project operations and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute project triage and convert approved sales orders into structured projects within ConnectWise
Ensure accurate project setup and maintain strong project governance according to PMO standards
Develop and distribute reports and dashboards related to project health, timelines, and resource utilization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or project operations role
Strong hands-on experience with ConnectWise, particularly in project triage and financial configuration
Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
Solid understanding of project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, or hybrid models)
